Bartek is a venture capital investor and entrepreneur based in the New York City area with deep experience across payments, crypto infrastructure, and fintech.

Previously, Bartek was a Product Manager at Facebook, where he incubated and launched payments on Instagram Direct and led Messenger Business Payments for the APAC market. Before Facebook, he served as COO of bitFlyer USA, helping launch the US operations of Japan's largest crypto exchange and navigating the complex regulatory landscape for digital asset businesses.

Earlier in his career, Bartek was a Partner at Core Innovation Capital, an early-stage fintech venture firm where he developed expertise in identifying emerging opportunities at the intersection of finance and technology.

Bartek holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Kyle is a seasoned operator with nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling products at early and growth-stage startups. Based in the New York City area, Kyle brings deep product and engineering expertise from launching products that have reached hundreds of millions of users.

Prior to Gravity, Kyle led the Crypto Brokerage business at Paxos, a blockchain infrastructure provider focused on making digital assets accessible to mainstream audiences. His work at Paxos centered on building regulatory-first infrastructure that powered crypto access for major platforms including PayPal, Venmo, Interactive Brokers, Mercado Pago, and Nubank. He also supported Paxos's efforts in blockchain-based settlement infrastructure, tokenizing real-world assets, and stablecoins.

Throughout his career, Kyle has experienced multiple exits and developed a strong track record of shipping products that balance innovation with regulatory compliance and user experience.
